The project is for the world's largest professional networking platform and starts on the 10th August . You will work as a Sales Account Representative for the French market , from Monday to Friday, between 10:00-19:00 . This is a hybrid position , with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays .
Please note: You must be eligible to work in Sofia, Bulgaria . Previous sales experience is mandatory , and cold calling experience is considered a strong advantage .
Role Overview
You will reconnect with former B2B customers, encourage them to resume using the company's products and services, manage a portfolio of accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Re-engage former customers and reactivate their accounts.
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
Identify up selling and business growth opportunities.
Meet sales targets and quarterly KPIs.
Build strong client relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
Stay up to date on products and industry trends.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Previous sales experience is mandatory.
Cold calling experience is a plus.
Experience in customer service, BPO, or marketing is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: 1840 euros
Quarterly performance premio: up to 1537 euros
