This role operates on a hybrid basis and requires a VAT/freelance collaboration model.
Essential qualifications
Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a closely related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, system architecture, or solution design
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting enterprise applications and distributed environments
• Proficient in cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Skilled in utilizing REST APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and system integration techniques
• Well-versed in database management, messaging systems, authentication protocols, and core security principles;
Experience working within Agile frameworks
• Relevant cloud architecture certifications will be viewed favorably
• Familiarity with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD workflows, and IaC is a plus
• Fluent English proficiency (reading and writing)
• Italian language skills at B2 level or higher.
