Overview In this role you will monitor and optimize service operations to drive efficiency, cost control, and higher customer satisfaction. You will work closely with field service teams and partners to improve performance and data accuracy across service management systems. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions for the Service department.

Responsabilità Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs) Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Collaborate with field service teams, call centers,
and external service partners Ensure data accuracy in service management systems Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field ~3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles ~ Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written) ~ Strong analytical and numerical skills ~ Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus ~ Good organizational and problem-solving skills ~ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively ~ strong analytical thinking ~ cross-functional collaboration ~ problem-solving ~ Excel ~ ERP/BI tools ~ data accuracy and reporting
