Responsabilità Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers Provide technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) ~2–3 years of proven field service engineering experience in gas detection ~ Strong knowledge of gas detection instruments and Industrial Automation technologies ~ Experience in project management and execution ~ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships ~ Fluent in English and Italian ~ customer focus ~ communication ~ team collaboration ~ Gas detection instruments ~ Industrial automation technologies ~ Project management
