- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Italian market aligned with company objectives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- FMCG/CPG field sales management experience; stationers/traditional trade experience a plus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of the Italian market, channels, and consumer behavior
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English; experience with sales management software
