Overview In this hands-on role you will design and build AI-enabled customer experience experiences within Genesys Cloud, turning concepts into reusable assets for sales, partners, and customers. You'll work across CX, AI, and integration domains to deliver practical, scalable experiences that demonstrate value of orchestration and automation. You'll stay current with AI capabilities and translate technical work into clear business outcomes, driving speed from idea to implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

reusable experience assets for GTM and customers Collaborate with internal tech teams to identify repeatable use cases and gaps Stay updated on Genesys Cloud AI capabilities and trends and turn knowledge into practical solutions Requisiti fondamentali Hands-on app development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication/OAuth, JSON, webhooks, Git Proven use of AI-first development environments across solution design and iteration Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business value Experience designing/building AI-powered CX solutions, virtual agents, or agentic workflows Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and orchestration Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders English and Italian fluency Autonomous, collaborative in a fast-moving environment autonomy collaboration communication JavaScript/TypeScript Python REST APIs
