Overview
As Head of Revenue Operations & Growth (Europe), you will establish and lead a best-in-class Sales Operations function to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth across Europe. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and country leaders to translate data into actionable insights, driving governance, planning, and execution. You'll shape the European Growth Agenda, ensure alignment between strategy and execution, and evolve the operating model for integrated regional and country operations.
This role offers high impact through cross-functional leadership and strategic deal governance in a multinational setting.

Responsabilità
- Establish and oversee a Europe-wide sales operating cadence and standardized pipeline framework
- Improve forecast accuracy and business predictability through disciplined reporting and reviews
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with visibility into opportunities and risks
- Partner with Growth, Industry, Alliances, and Country leaders to accelerate deal progression
- Own and implement the European business performance management framework (pipeline, bookings, revenue, profitability)
- Define and govern sales performance KPIs and ensure accountability
- Standardize sales processes and best practices across Europe
- Deliver data-driven insights and executive dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, territory and quota considerations
- Oversee sales incentive governance and ensure alignment with global frameworks and regional priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, TS Operations, Country Operations, Industry, Alliances, and Marketing
- Build and lead a high-performing European Sales Operations organization and evolve the ITS/TS operating model
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions within a multinational organization
- Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and operational effectiveness at scale
- Experience with enterprise sales environments and complex deal cycles
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and operating model improvements
- Strong analytical capability to convert data into strategic insights for executives
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing business decisions
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple countries
- Experience implementing CRM, analytics, forecasting, and sales productivity platforms
- Understanding of AI-enabled sales processes and modern revenue operations practices
