and regulatory compliance Support M&A; due diligence and post-acquisition integration Develop financial models and scenario planning for growth initiatives Manage governance, risk controls, and internal policies Build and mentor a high-performing finance and administration team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field ~10+ years of progressive financial and business leadership experience ~ Experience in senior management roles within multi-entity or international organizations ~ Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, audit, and financial planning ~ Experience with private equity, family-owned businesses, or holding company structures is preferred ~ Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus ~ Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools ~ Strong stakeholder management and board-level presentation skills ~ ERP systems ~ financial reporting tools ~ IFRS
