Employment Type: Contract Contract period: Italy (remote) As a CREATIVE PRODUCER , you will be responsible in: Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project • If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact • Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.

- Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within Google, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors post-project reporting.
