Overview In this role you drive Prysmian's Europe-wide engagement agenda, turning employee feedback into meaningful actions that boost team performance and leadership effectiveness. You work closely with HR leaders, plant managers, and business leaders to catalyze engagement initiatives and measure business impact. You'll translate data into actionable plans, ensuring consistency across plants, functions, and clusters.
This position offers the chance to shape leadership behaviors and employee experience at scale in a manufacturing environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Health insurance Meal vouchers / canteen Transport/Parking facilitation Remote work flexibility Responsabilità Drive the Europe Engagement Agenda across the region and coordinate the annual survey cycle Deploy the Gallup Survey and any adhoc surveys with representative participation Monitor engagement trends and identify action priorities Build a clear engagement narrative linking feedback, leadership behaviors, and business priorities Support Plant Managers, HR teams, and leaders in understanding results and creating action plans Facilitate debriefs, workshops,
and discussions to drive accountability and action Animate and develop the HR Engage Live community and leadership capabilities Translate Group guidance into practical Europe-wide actions and coordinate deployment across countries Create manager toolkits, guides, and learning resources to support engagement Turn insights into action by analyzing data, tracking actions, and measuring impact Requisiti fondamentali Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels Experience in project management, change management, or employee engagement Analytical mindset with focus on turning insights into action Passion for people, leadership development, and organizational culture Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a strong plus Communication Stakeholder management Influencing at all levels Survey deployment and data interpretation (Gallup) Data-driven decision making Project coordination and program management
