Overview As an Architect at Celonis, you will design transformative solution architectures for enterprise modernization and AI-enabled processes. You will engage with C-level executives to translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans, driving value for top prospects and existing customers. You'll bridge product, engineering, and client teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native architectures that leverage emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
This role blends deep technical expertise with executive presence to unlock revenue, retention, and expansion while shaping Celonis' strategic technical direction. aligning strategic objectives with Celonis technical strategy Architect innovative solutions leveraging emergent technologies such as Agentic AI Act as liaison between Celonis product/engineering and client teams to deliver technical services Assess customer IT landscape maturity and participate in both pre-sales and post-sales architecture discussions Coach Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability Develop reusable assets and customer-facing papers, assets, and thought leadership on architecture and innovation Create technical designs and presentations for internal and client stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali ~10 to 15 years of relevant experience (Software vendor Architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or Enterprise Architect) ~ Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives ~ Excellent written and verbal communication with proven executive presentation experience ~ Experience in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI understanding ~ Strong cloud-native architecture knowledge, SaaS, ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), Salesforce, Dynamics CRM or ServiceNow, cybersecurity basics, API ecosystems, legacy on-prem architectures ~ Data architecture, integration patterns, and programming experience (SQL, Python) ~ Hands-on capability to alternate between architectural explanations and demos ~ MSc in Computer Science or equivalent ~ English fluency; additional languages beneficial ~ Executive presence ~ Strategic thinking ~ Cross-functional collaboration ~ Capability Mapping ~ Enterprise Modernization ~ Agentic AI
