Overview
As Enterprise Account Executive for Telco in Italy, you will drive growth with a consultative approach across strategic telecom accounts. You will build account plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and influence C-suite stakeholders to unlock the full Salesforce platform. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and customer value, helping customers accelerate digital transformation.
You'll work with a high-performing team to scale revenue and shape long-term partnerships in the Italian market.
Responsabilità
- Build and manage strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives for defined Telco accounts in Italy
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Partners)
- Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through proactive prospecting and pipeline development
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to Telco accounts
- Proven track record of quota attainment and net new business in the Italian market
- Strong sales forecasting skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Fluent in Italian and English
