Overview In this role, you will provide secondary support for the online charging solution within the Italy Services Operation team, ensuring resilience and continuity of services. You will collaborate with first-line operations, drive proactive maintenance, and guide troubleshooting to prevent outages. You will manage vendor interactions for technical support and support deployment of new technologies.
This role offers exposure to 24x7 on-call activities and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance KPIs.

and protocols to diagnose issues Share knowledge to raise technical skills across deployment and operations teams Introduce and manage cutting-edge technologies through vendor collaboration and on-the-job training Plan and upgrade service platform components with aim of zero incidents and quality onboarding of service requests Requisiti fondamentali University degree: Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology Min. 2 years of experience in Telecommunications in a similar role Hands-on experience with Telco service components Scripting knowledge in Linux, Python, Ansible (desirable) Database management knowledge (Arrowspike) desirable Strong understanding of telecom protocols like SS7, Diameter, LDAP, SOAP Experience in problem and change management, trace interpretation (Wireshark traces, logs) Knowledge of 2G/4G/5G, VoLTE, and microservices architecture Fluent in English and Italian Teamwork and collaboration across multi-functional and multicultural teams Strong problem-solving and incident management mindset Good communication skills in English and Italian SS7 (MAP, Camel), Diameter, LDAP, SOAP Mobile network architectures 2G/4G/5G, VoLTE Microservices architecture
