Overview As a Civil Engineer in our transportation team, you will help deliver road and linear infrastructure projects from feasibility to construction. You will partner with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, and support delivery across domestic and international markets. You will prepare technical documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to bids, design work, and site-based activities.

and technical documentation under senior guidance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with internal stakeholders and clients Provide support to construction activities, including site visits and supervision tasks Fluent in Italian and English ~4–5 years of experience in road/highway engineering ~ Strong knowledge of Italian and international design standards and regulations ~ Proficiency in road design software such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar ~ Experience in modelling and BIM coordination environments such as InfraWorks, NavisWorks, or similar ~ Good communication and technical reporting skills ~ Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards ~ Previous exposure to clients at national, international, and local levels ~ Ability to perform Cost Estimates and BoQ according to Italian standards ~ Experience in project Construction Supervision and Health and Safety responsibilities ~ Good communication ~ Team collaboration ~ Client-facing communication ~ Civil 3D ~
