Overview

On-site Energy Marshall in Milan supporting a data centre construction project. You will act as the senior authority for energy isolation, coordinate energisation activities, and ensure safe operation of electrical and mechanical systems. The role involves rigorous permit control, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve safe commissioning of critical infrastructure.

You will drive safety improvements and align energisation strategies with project timelines. This is a hands-on, safety‐focused role in a leading data centre builder.

Responsabilità
- Energy isolation and Safety Authority: act as senior authority for energy isolation, manage permit-to-work, LOTO, and energisation protocols
- Energisation planning and execution: lead sequencing, risk assessments,



and method statements for safe commissioning
- Permit control and compliance: manage permits across high-risk activities, ensure adherence to standards and regulations
- Stakeholder coordination: liaise with construction, commissioning, and client teams on energisation plans and readiness
- Risk management and continuous improvement: identify risks in power systems and drive safety process improvements

Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years' experience on mission critical construction projects (preferably data centres)
- Senior Authorised Person qualifications
- EU Passport preferred
