Overview
As an EMEA pricing & revenue management specialist, you will support strategic decision-making on sales, pricing and portfolio actions. You will work with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategy and monitor performance using data-driven insights. You will analyze price, discounts and margins, contribute to forecasts, and maintain dashboards that inform action across markets.
This role offers the opportunity to shape pricing and product mix at an international scale within a growing, customer-focused organization.

Responsabilità
- Prepare analyses and recommendations for top management on sales, pricing and portfolio strategies
- Collaborate with countries and internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retail Excellence) to align and execute commercial strategy
- Monitor Sales and Revenue performance using data visualization and analysis tools to understand market dynamics
- Track Average Selling Price, Discounts and margins to identify issues and opportunities and propose actions
- Contribute to monthly financial forecasting focused on ASP and product mix
- Conduct competition monitoring to ensure a competitive pricing strategy
- Continuously optimize the product and service portfolio to meet market demands
- Maintain and improve dashboards and KPI monitoring systems; create new dashboards for decision making
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years of pricing and revenue management experience or similar (e.g., Revenue Growth, Trade Marketing) in global companies
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics
- Data-driven approach with strong problem-solving and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proactivity and leadership
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau)
- Intermediate knowledge of Python
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
