Overview In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across CFOps to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes. You'll act as the change engine, removing inefficiencies and enabling scalable, cadence-safe close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance activities. system-based solutions Build Continuous Improvement capability by establishing Lean practices, coaching teams, and creating a repeatable improvement pipeline Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field ~7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A; with hands-on process improvement delivery ~ Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma to financial processes in complex, multi-country setups ~ Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes ~ Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation ~ Ability to translate process improvements into system and control-compliant solutions ~ Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset ~ coaching and mentoring teams ~ Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies ~ Finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments)
