The Duty
Manager will support the daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist departmental teams in maintaining the highest standards of service associated with luxury hospitality. _
Key Responsibilities Support the senior management in overseeing daily hotel operations and Food &, Beverage outlets
Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &, Beverage, and other departments
Provide operational support to all F&, B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations
Assist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests
Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours
