Overview In this on-site role in Milan, you will manage all project documentation through the document control system, ensuring accurate versioning and filing for fast-paced data centre projects. You will coordinate drawings, RFIs and technical submittals with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support programme delivery. You will maintain compliance and audit-ready records, and act as the central point of contact for document-related queries.
You will produce regular reports and help streamline processes to improve efficiency in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
