Overview In this role you deliver end-to-end technical support for EFI digital printing solutions, both locally and abroad. You provide on-site and remote assistance, participate in tradeshow activities, and train end users. You will travel extensively to service large territories and feed actionable feedback to R&D.; You will work closely with customers to ensure optimal printer performance and demonstrate EFI's technology as a differentiator.

and teardown End-user training Provide feedback to R&D; Requisiti fondamentali Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers Two+ years of field engineering experience on digital machines and electronic devices Availability for extensive travel at short notice Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink Knowledge of RIP software and color management Knowledge of color theory and materials/chemicals Knowledge of textile digital machine processes Good communication skills and customer-focused Fluent in Italian and English Self-motivating with ability to manage a large service territory Knowledge of personal computers, Windows and Linux customer-focused strong communication self-motivated inkjet printing technology (water-based ink) RIP software and color management color theory and materials/chemicals
