Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve IT service lifecycle automation 3 years of experience in a structured and dynamic tech environment ~ PowerShell, Bash, Batch ~ Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML ~ Relational databases and SQL ~ Windows and Linux operating systems ~ Networking basics (routing, NAT, firewalling, DNS, TCP/IP) ~ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform ~ Proficiency with AI tools and agentic systems ~ English at B2+ ~ Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and Ansible ~ Docker and Kubernetes ~ CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent ~ Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK ~ IT security concepts including IAM and MFA ~ Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch) ~ REST APIs and JSON/XML ~ SQL and relational databases
