Overview
As Legal Advisor in the Company and Corporate Unit, you will draft and maintain the DoD and PoA, including assignment of permanent powers to AG managers. You will monitor governance tools and power matrices, and support evaluation of delegated powers systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret DoD/PoA and prepare Atto Risolutivo documents with the GCEO notarization.
Your role includes updating internal rules and managing notary appointments, helping ensure compliant, consistent governance across the organization. This position offers the chance to shape the delegated powers framework within a global, inclusive group with development opportunities.

Responsabilità
- Draft and keep DoD and PoA up to date, including permanent powers for AG managers
- Monitor governance tools and power matrices; ensure consistency and proper thresholds
- Support drafting of documents to evaluate adequacy of delegated powers for AG BoD, BOSA and ODV
- Assist other functions in interpreting DoD/PoA
- Coordinate with People and Organization to draft Atto Risolutivo for GCEO notarization twice a year
- Draft and update internal rules on DoD, PoA and reporting
- Manage notary appointments and related administrative tasks
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in similar legal roles (1–2 years)
- Legal and/or Management Engineering background
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use tools to ensure consistency across DoD/PoA and thresholds
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adopt innovative problem-solving approaches
- Excellent use of Microsoft tools
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn
