Responsabilità Data collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis Analysis and development of motor and non-motor insurance products Definition and management of underwriting and antifraud rules; development of reports Portfolio monitoring based on main KPIs Identify best solutions for immediate results and future implementations Support Pricing team to identify corrective measures Requisiti fondamentali Experience (2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting or data analytics focus Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or equivalent Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive result-driven, global collaboration Fluent in English team spirit self-motivation proactive SQL Python MS Word
