Overview In this role you will bridge business, data, analytics, and technology to coordinate data requests and governance, turning insights into actionable outcomes. You'll strengthen data quality, standards, and literacy across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll support strategic data initiatives and governance forums, driving reliable, trusted data to inform leadership decisions.
This position offers exposure to enterprise-wide Data & AI programs in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate intake, logging, prioritization, and tracking of data requests and data-related issues
- Support issue management from identification to resolution
- Partner with data owners, stewards, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver timely solutions
- Maintain documentation, issue logs, project updates, and resolution records
- Support data operations activities including data maintenance, validation, monitoring, and governance
- Assist with data quality reviews and resolve inconsistencies
- Create and maintain data-related documentation, guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Support data literacy and information fluency initiatives across the organization
- Develop presentations and materials for Data & AI Councils and governance forums
- Track decisions, actions, and follow-ups for alignment and accountability
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
- Support the Director of Data Management & Strategy on strategic initiatives and priorities
- Drive continuous improvement across data management processes and controls
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, Communications, or related field
- 5–9 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Analytics, Marketing Operations, or related function
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Planner)
- Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data management principles
- Exposure to BI, analytics, or reporting environments
