Data Analyst for Product and Underwriting

Overview In Allianz Direct, you will support the Product and Underwriting teams focused on motor and non-motor products. You will collect and analyze data to support portfolio analysis, and contribute to the development and governance of underwriting and antifraud rules. You will monitor KPIs, develop related reports, and identify solutions for immediate and future implementations, collaborating with Pricing.
This role blends analytical rigor with cross‐functional impact in a global, inclusive environment.
Responsabilità
- Data collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis
- Analysis and development of motor and non-motor insurance products
- Definition and management of underwriting and antifraud rules; development of reports
- Portfolio monitoring based on main KPIs
- Identify best solutions for immediate results and future implementations
- Support Pricing team to identify corrective measures
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience (2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting or data analytics focus
- Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or equivalent
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive result-driven, global collaboration
