La risorsa supporterà il team Qualità nella gestione dei reclami cliente, nel monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e nella raccolta delle evidenze necessarie per garantire una risposta efficace e puntuale ai clienti. La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze sui processi di qualità, problem solving e gestione delle non conformità in atmosfera industriale. Supportare la registrazione e la classificazione e il monitoraggio dei reclami cliente.
Aggiornare i database e i KPI relativi alle non conformità. Collaborare con Produzione, Antenna tecnica, PM, Logistica e Supply Chain per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alle analisi. Supportare la preparazione di report qualità e presentazioni per clienti.
Partecipare alle attività di Root Cause Analysis Supportare la preparazione della documentazione 8D. Supportare l'analisi statistica dei dati relativi ai reclami e alle non conformità. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Capacità di analisi dati. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). Interesse per i sistemi di gestione qualità e miglioramento continuo Conoscenza base delle metodologie 8D, 5 Why, FMEA (nice to have ) Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001.(Esperienza universitaria o progettuale nell'analisi dati.(Proattività e orientamento al risultato.
