Job Overview The Incentive Programs Intern supports the team responsible for enhancing dealer performance and driving commercial growth across the network. This role provides exposure to sales strategy, business performance management, and market analysis, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
It is ideal for a highly analytical and business-oriented candidate interested in understanding how commercial initiatives contribute to achieving sales objectives within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
- Support in the development and implementation of dealer incentive programs
- Monitoring and analysis of commercial performance linked to incentive campaigns
- Data analysis and reporting (sales performance, KPIs tracking)
- Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Communication) for program execution
- Benchmark analysis of competitors’ incentive schemes
- Support in communication and rollout of incentive initiatives to the dealer network
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Marketing or similar (ongoing).
- Fluent level of English and Italian (written, spoken and comprehension).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Creative, proactive and open-minded person able to bring new ideas and solutions.
- Team building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
- Interest in automotive and commercial dynamics is a plus.
