Overview In this role you support complex contaminated-site projects from characterization to remediation, delivering high-quality assessments and designs. You will work within the LPMR team in Milan to apply Italian regulations and international guidelines, driving technically rigorous solutions. You collaborate with authorities, clients, and contractors, and contribute to technical communities to share best practices.
This opportunity lets you shape remediation strategies and risk assessments at scale in an international, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute environmental characterization plans for soil, groundwater, surface water, soil gas and ambient air
- Perform Human Health and Environmental Risk Assessments per Italian regulations and international guidelines
- Prepare Remediation Plans including technology screening, feasibility assessment and conceptual design
- Conduct statistical analyses and apply advanced tools for data evaluation
- Manage NAPL-impacted sites and contribute to environmental forensics projects (CSIA, passive soil gas sampling, MIP)
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for clients and authorities
- Maintain relationships with Authorities, Clients and Contractors with clear communication
- Participate in ERM technical communities and share best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven autonomous experience in site characterization, risk assessment, and remediation tasks
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Regulations including D.Lgs. 152/06 and familiarity with ASTM, USEPA, ITRC
- Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Surfer, Risknet, ProUCL)
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and spoken English; good stakeholder communication
- Proactive, curious, problem-solving mindset; capable of working in international teams
