The Communications Coordinator supports the Communications Director in managing the company's communications across internal departments, regional teams, PR agencies and content partners. The role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Product Marketing, CRM, Content, and Legal. Manage the flow of communications regarding consumer engagement tips between internal departments and with regional teams Coordinate communications with global PR agencies, managing assets and press needs across long lead and short lead product pushes and new launches Partner with the CRM team to review and approve email communications Maintain an organized shared drive system for brand assets Manage & coordinate social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and others Keep the global marketing calendar updated, contributing opinions and input rather than tracking it passively Work closely with the content team, managing assets according to PR, Ecommerce and social media needs Provide coordination on basic legal matters related to communications materials Bachelor's degree in Communications,
Marketing, or related field At least 4 years of experience in communications, PR or a related field, ideally within luxury or heritage brands Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Proficiency in Office Suite;
