Overview
As a Clinical Project Leader, you guide global clinical studies for Parexel's Large Pharma partners, translating clinical research experience into practical project solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, while ensuring ICH GCP compliance and strong client satisfaction. The role blends science, project management, and stakeholder engagement to advance therapies to patients.
You'll work in a multinational, collaborative environment with a clear impact on how trials are run and optimized.

Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources
- Perform risk management and communicate risks and contingencies to clients
- Set and ensure quality standards to drive project quality
- Own and manage client relationships at the study level
- Oversee project P&L; including budgeting, revenue recognition, and invoicing
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to complete studies
- Represent the Project Leadership function in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to SOPs and other organizational initiatives
- Possibly engage in non-billable activities as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- CRO experience with Phase I–III clinical trial project management and demonstrated leadership
- Oncology essential; Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology or Cardiovascular desirable
- Strong written and spoken English
- Financial management and client relationship skills; bid defense experience
- Pharma experience considered; familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems
- ICH and GCP knowledge; solid clinical research and protocol design understanding
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple tasks
- Independent work style with guidance when needed
- Proactive, solutions-based mindset
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Project planning software
