Overview In this role you will lead the Italian business, owning the P&L; and shaping a three-year growth plan. You will drive sustainable profitability, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and cross-country collaboration with HQ. and partners Lead and develop a high-performing local leadership team; Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA advantageous Minimum 15 years of leadership in complex, multi-business environments with strong B2C and B2B exposure Proven success in senior roles (Country Manager/GM/MD);
Experience in digitally enabled service industries (media, telecom, utilities, insurance, etc.) large-scale digital transformation programs Experience in international and matrix organisations; strong commercial acumen Passion for digital innovation, AI-driven transformation, and customer-centric models Native or near-native Italian and fluent English Customer focus Digital transformation AI-driven transformation Data-driven decision making
