Overview In this role you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced electrophysiology (EP) medical systems across Italy and Emerging Markets, interfacing with hospital IT and clinical teams. You will work in a reactive, SLA-driven environment, adapting to cross-border travel and shifting priorities to keep critical systems up. You'll join an international service organization, contributing to patient-impacting uptime while handling diverse technical and operational challenges.

Responsabilità
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot EP medical systems
- Support hardware, software and hospital IT/network connectivity
- Schedule planned PM work and respond to urgent break/fix within SLA
- Reprioritize workload based on customer-critical needs
- Travel extensively across multiple countries (70%+)
- Collaborate with clinical, commercial and technical teams across the region
Requisiti fondamentali
- Field service experience (medical devices preferred)
- Strong technical skills (electronics, IT, networking)
- Confident working in hospital or clinical environments
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Languages: Italian and English required; other European languages advantageous
- Calm under changing plans
- Problem-solving in unpredictable environments
