Overview In this role you will manage the sourcing of multiple sub-categories within a broader category for AGCO in Italy, aligning supplier strategies with category goals. You will drive cost optimization, lead contract negotiations, and manage supplier performance in partnership with Operations and Finance. You'll support regional and global category teams on long-term strategy deployment and RFx activities, while balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
