Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to work on a full-time basis. The role involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams.
Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.
Required Skills &
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Workspace administration,
including user provisioning and access management.
Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
