Your Mission : Launch and Grow Our Business in Italy
This is a unique opportunity for an engineer with a first experience in business management, technical sales, recruitment, consulting or project coordination to take the next step. You will help build our Italian activity from day one: identifying target accounts, meeting engineering decision-makers, recruiting technical talent and supporting engineers throughout their assignments.
You will not start from a blank page: you will benefit from the technical expertise, delivery capacity, recruitment support and international sales ecosystem of ADVANS Group.
What You Will Do
- Develop business with Italian industrial clients in semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, defense, telecom, rail, energy, industrial automation and electronics.
- Identify client needs in embedded software, electronics, FPGA/ASIC, microelectronics and complex systems engineering.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering managers, R&D; leaders, purchasing teams and technical decision-makers.
- Source, qualify and recruit engineers for high-value technical assignments and project opportunities.
- Support consultants and engineers during onboarding, project follow-up and career development.
- Contribute to the growth of the Milan office, with increasing responsibility over accounts, consultants and business strategy.
Who We Are Looking For
- You have an engineering background in embedded systems, electronics, microelectronics, FPGA, software or a related technical field.
- You have a first experience in business management, technical sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, engineering services or project coordination.
- You enjoy working with both engineers and clients, translating technical topics into business opportunities.
- You are entrepreneurial, proactive, resilient and motivated by the challenge of building a new market.
- You are based in Milan or willing to work from Milan, with strong knowledge or interest in the Italian industrial ecosystem.
- Fluent Italian is required. English is required for international collaboration. French is a strong plus.
