The role offers balanced exposure to pre-sales activities, direct sales support, and commercial back-office processes, within a dynamic and international environment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional keen to grow in business development within financial services, bringing client-facing experience, solid market knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. They excel in fast-paced international settings and are committed to delivering high-quality service to demanding clients. The role offers direct exposure to Italian and international financial markets, hands-on involvement in cross-border fund projects,
and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial international group.
As Business Development
Officer, your main responsibilities will be: Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities in Italy Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments impacting financial services Assist senior business developers in managing the sales pipeline Commercial Back Office Support the preparation and review of commercial documentation and agreements Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and activities Coordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with operational teams Qualifications and experience Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline Proven experience in sales and/or client relationship management within a financial institution, ideally in the fund services sector in Italy or Luxembourg Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
