You will analyze market trends, identify unmet needs, and craft value propositions while building strategic partnerships. You'll engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to scale opportunities in a fast-growing, data-centerfocused market.

and commercial teams to develop regional value propositions Lead customer engagement and support commercialization of new products and solutions Represent Dow at industry conferences, trade associations, and customer events Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline Significant experience in business development, market development, marketing, commercial, or strategic growth roles Experience in Data Centers, electronics, thermal management, power infrastructure, industrial technologies, or related markets Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and translate customer needs into opportunities Knowledge of Data Center cooling technologies, thermal management solutions, or infrastructure materials Experience launching or scaling new business opportunities Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are beneficial excellent customer engagement, networking and relationship-building strong influencing and stakeholder management across complex organizations Data Center cooling technologies thermal management solutions
