Overview
As Brand Activation Project Manager at Panerai, you drive strategic planning, coordination, and execution of global and regional activation initiatives. You align projects with luxury positioning and brand guidelines to boost visibility, engagement, and desirability. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from brief to post-event analysis, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand activation campaigns and events
- Coordinate end-to-end execution from brief/concept to implementation, monitoring, and post-event analysis
- Ensure adherence to global activation guidelines, luxury standards, and processes
- Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, vendors)
- Manage brief development, proposal evaluation, negotiations, and accountability for project participants
- Oversee logistics and operational aspects of events and activations with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and perform post-campaign data analysis for ROI evaluation
- Maintain brand compliance across all touchpoints and approve creative assets and production elements
- Provide regular status updates and help refine activation processes for regional/local teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive project management experience in brand activation, marketing, or events (luxury sector preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with luxury brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities; strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages (e.g., French) advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
