Overview As Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest (Piemonte, Liguria e Valle D'Aosta), you drive regional turnover by leading a sales team, deploying strategy, and developing key customers. You will align regional objectives with the company plan, coordinate sales activities and events, and present opportunities to grow profitability within budget. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and high-impact regional growth in a global dental solutions leader.

Responsabilità Achieve and exceed regional sales quota within the annual budget Oversee the regional Sales Plan and budget usage Propose actions to improve sales results Lead and develop the sales team to meet objectives Create accurate regional territory and customer analyses Build productive relationships with customers and prospects Coordinate regional sales meetings and major regional trade shows/clinical meetings Travel with sales reps as needed Recruit, train, and develop the sales team per policy Manage key customers and maximize value of the customer base Identify and onboard new significant customers Ensure region operates efficiently within budget Deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences Requisiti fondamentali Experience in multinational companies University degree or education Knowledge of English and IT tools Excellent skills in managing sales representatives on an agency contract Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques Results orientation Public speaking Strong interpersonal skills Integrity results orientation public speaking strong interpersonal skills knowledge of English and IT tools sales and territory management techniques agency contract management
