Overview As Integration Architect in the Finance Integration team, you define the target finance integration architecture and align it with ICT roadmaps. You lead a cross-country team of internal and external resources, overseeing design, governance, and delivery of finance integration initiatives. You ensure coherence between standard models and local needs across Italy, Spain, France, and Turkey, while steering key ERP choices and integration patterns.
This role offers strategic influence on multi-country finance transformation and the opportunity to impact how finance processes are unified and executed at group level.
Retribuzione / Benefits Light Friday Wellbeing Digital Wallet personal wellbeing budget hybrid work model tailored learning paths inclusive workplace Responsabilità Define target integration architecture for finance processes with ICT Coordinate with ICT/EA to align requirements with technology roadmap Lead the Integration Design & Governance team across AS-IS assessment, gap analysis, and solution design Oversee the finance integration plan: milestones, risks, escalation Drive the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee with senior stakeholders Validate ERP and related technology choices (SAP, Oracle, Workday, iPaaS, MDM, identity)
Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure timely go-lives Support multi-country rollout ensuring standard model vs local specifics Coordinate with system integrators and external consultants in design and delivery phases Requisiti fondamentali ~ Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent ~7-8 years of experience in Finance Architect / Integration Lead / Solution Architect roles ~ Experience in multi-country finance transformation programs ~ Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least SAP as architectural baseline) ~ Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns: APIs, events (Kafka), ETL/ELT, iPaaS (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft) ~ Experience managing multi-vendor teams (Big4 and SI) ~ Excellent influencing and negotiation skills for senior and cross-functional environments ~ Fluent English (C1+) and native or equivalent Italian ~ Ability to translate finance requirements into sustainable architectural solutions ~ Influencing and negotiation ~ Cross-functional collaboration ~ Growth mindset ~ SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (architectural level) ~ APIs, Kafka events ~ ETL/ELT
