Overview As PrQSM, you support the project team to ensure safety and quality throughout the contract, coordinating engineering, industrial and supplier quality. You act as the main quality interface within the project, ensuring lessons learned are captured and integrated. You lead project quality planning, gate reviews, risk management and non-conformity handling to safeguard performance and customer satisfaction.
You'll contribute to tender quality and collaborate with customer quality and safety teams. This role sits at the heart of Alstom's safety-driven, quality-focused railway projects.
Responsabilità Coordinate all quality and safety activities across the project Establish and enforce the Project Quality Plan Prepare and follow gate reviews and related action plans Interface with Customer quality and safety teams Monitor and address REX (Return Of Experience) in risks & opportunities Manage non-conformities and safety issues; drive problem solving (8D, REX)
Ensure safety assessments and authorizations are properly implemented Oversee project deliverables through inspections and audits Improve efficiency of quality teams and ensure engineering alignment on customer issues Support tender quality during tender phase upon request Requisiti fondamentali Master degree in Engineering with Management Experience with quality tools and problem-solving methods Knowledge of railway industry standards and certifications (asset) is a plus Fluent in English Experience in quality/audit activities Rigorous and communicative with strong collaboration Familiarity with quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM) and quality tools Operational experience and documentation management Rigor Excellent communication Team collaboration Quality standards: ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM Quality tools and problem-solving: 8D, REX Audits and safety assessments
