After Sales Service Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented After Sales Service Specialist (Front and Back Office) to join After-Sales team at Stevanato Group’s Engineering BU.
Main tasks and areas of expertise of the successful candidate:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Conducts operative day by day sales office activities related to orders fullfilment management from data input to order confirmation and shipment as well as updating commercial data system and master data.
- Tracks and monitors commercial offers, contracts and related documents during the different after-sales phases, working closely with functions involved to ensure high customer services level, according to commercial strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Participates in the accomplishment of the monthly and year after-sales budget working alongside the involved functions, ensure the customer engagement in forecasts phases and order current business and opportunities development, in order to ensure the achievement of company goals and targets.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Guarantees project documents, reports, tools and system are up to date as well as maintains a proposals database and related records promptly and accurately aligned according to corporate guidelines, policies,
best practices and procedures.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Builds effective relationships across internal and external team able at delivering targets assigned during all project and processes phases; regularly and proactively interacts and communicates with both internal leaders, team and relevant stakeholders ensuring a constant alignment on tasks, documentations and deadlines.
- Builds an effective and sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers as well as the internal and external stakeholders fostering the SG competitive advantages.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in After-Sales and Customer Service roles
- English Language Proficiency (at least B1 level)
- Market and Industry understanding and knowledge of key consumers and segments
- Customer Relationships Management
- Customer problems or complaint management
- Documents Management
- Analysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
- IT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, company applications, …)
Gross Annual Base Salary from 30.000€
