IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Research Technician to join the Laboratory of Liver Gene Therapy at the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (SR-Tiget)
Main activities: Mouse work (mice handling, in vivo treatments, organs isolation and analysis)
Molecular biology, biochemistry (PCR, cloning, ELISA, western blots)
Cell culture (cell lines, primary cells)
Production of recombinant lentiviral vectors
Training of new lab members
Who we are looking for: Biomedical degree (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) with previous lab experienceù
Mouse experience
Cell culture and molecular biology experience
High accuracy, reliability, precision
High motivation to work in an international environment
Excellent organizational skills
Friendly, collaborative, proactive mindset
Good oral and written English skills
Work details: Type of contract:
fixed-term (assunzione a tempo determinato);
Duration: 1 year, renewable;
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience: 24.000-34.000 euros gross annual (RAL)
Place of work: IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele Via Olgettina 60, Milano;
