Junior Controller Italy

The challenge

The Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market. The role will focus on the Finished Goods business, supporting profitability analysis and business performance monitoring for the Italian market.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor sales, margins, and operating expenses and customer rebates
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line

- Perform customer profitability analysis and support gross-to-net analysis activities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Support business performance monitoring and provide insights to key stakeholders across the Italian organization

What you need to succeed

Requirements

-
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals • Accounting knowledge

- Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus)





- Knowledge of consolidation/reporting tools such as Hyperion or Oracle is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

• Fluent in Italian and English • Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time

National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 32.000
