About this vacancy
The resource will be involved in the development of control algorithms and software for electrified powertrain systems, with a particular focus on the Model-Based Design approach and the use of MATLAB/Simulink tools.
Specifically, they will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of control algorithms for powertrain applications.
- Modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Development following Model-Based Design methodologies.
- Management of code generation processes and software compilation.
- Support for activities related to the development and validation of control algorithms.
What we expect from you
- Degree or technical/engineering background, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Automotive, or related disciplines.
- Experience in developing control algorithms.
- Solid knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with Model-Based Design methodologies.
- Knowledge of code generation and software compilation processes.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the role.
Experience in the development or use of control units for powertrain applications, specifically:
- Dana TCU
- TTControl
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base RAL (Gross Annual Income) will not be less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce –
Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary exceeding the indicated amount.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
