The opportunity:
As an Account Receivable Assistant you will support the management of the entire customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timely collections and smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with Sales and Project Management to ensure invoices are issued correctly, payments are monitored and accounting records remain accurate.
Expected start date: January, 2027.

- Base salary: €25K - €30K

Responsibilities:
- Issue and register customer invoices in compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Manage the accounts receivable aging report and support collection activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
- Process credit notes and resolve billing issues in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
- Support month end and year end closing activities related to revenue accounting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to improve administrative processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
️ Requirements:
- 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Receivable;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields of study;
- Good knowledge of accounting principles related to customer invoicing.
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT or consulting companies.
- Experience with electronic invoicing.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
