Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for guiding customers or directly installing and repairing products (solar system products like inverters, etc.)
2. Making installation and maintenance records and information feedback registration
3. Analyzing and summarizing the causes of abnormalities and product failures during installation and maintenance, and optimizing technical support methods
4. Other work as arranged by superior leaders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation or power electronics, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience
2. New energy industry background,



with work experience in well-known equipment manufacturers; familiarity with photovoltaic modules, inverters, and energy storage products
3. FER certificate is a must
4. Familiar with European market. English can be used as working language; Italian is preferred.
5. Italian local or with Italian residence permit.
