About this vacancy
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior project managers to help coordinate activities, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure smooth project execution. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Management Engineering or similar fields who wants to grow in project management within an innovative technology environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Digital and IT projects.
- Help collect and structure business needs, translating them into clear actions, requirements, and project documentation.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and open points, ensuring timely follow-up with the involved teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of digital tools, processes,
and project management best practices.
What we expect from you
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
- Strong interest in Digital and IT projects, with curiosity for technologies, business processes, and innovation initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms is considered a plus.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel and relocate will be considered a plus.
- Strong motivation to embrace TMC’s Employeneurship model.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL)
will be no less than €30,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
