Senior RPG/AS400 Developer:
TXT Novigo, a company belonging to the Fintech division of TXT Group and a leader in IT services for the financial market, is looking for a Senior RPG/AS400 Developer to join the Product Development team.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our proprietary Cheleo product, designed for banks and financial institutions to manage leasing, factoring, loans, NPLs and salary-backed loans.
More specifically, you will:
Develop application enhancements and bug-fixing solutions;
Ensure product compliance with applicable regulatory requirements;
Work closely with Functional Analysts and Project Managers to technically assess proposed solutions;
Collaborate with web development teams to design and implement application modernization solutions.
What requirements should you have?
5+ years of experience programming with RPG/ILE language;
Knowledge of the IBM i (AS/400) operating system;
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
Team-oriented approach;
Curiosity, willingness to learn and analytical mindset.
The following are considered a plus:
Previous experience developing software for the banking and financial sector;
Basic knowledge of one of the business areas covered by the Cheleo suite (leasing, lending, NPLs, factoring and salary-backed loans);
Knowledge of PHP;
High school diploma or degree in Computer Science or related disciplines;
Experience with or knowledge of low-code development platforms.
Contract Type: Permanent
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 40.000,00 € - 50.000,00 €
The employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector – Confcommercio.
