About this vacancy
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze 3D CAD models and design data to identify dimensional, geometric, and functional features relevant for production and quality control.
- Develop and update technical documentation, converting design information into clear and easily interpretable technical instructions for operational staff.
- Collaborate with Technical Management, Industrialization, Production, and Quality to define dimensions, tolerances, and inspections necessary to ensure product compliance.
- Support the standardization of control and testing activities, contributing to improved efficiency and reduced ambiguity in production processes.
- Contribute to the validation of manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes across various aeronautical and industrial technologies.
What we expect from you
- Experience from 0-3 years in the aeronautical sector or related fields.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferable experience in industrialization, production methodologies, or mechanical design.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings,
geometric and dimensional tolerances (GD&T;), and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of 3D CAD tools, preferably CATIA V5.
- Excellent relational skills to interact with different company functions and to understand the needs in design, production, and quality.
- Interest in the aeronautical sector and in industrialization and assembly processes.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €29,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual skills development budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
